Terms relating to the use of Realtime Preserved Trains

We make no guarantee of accuracy or timeliness of any data shown on the Realtime Preserved Trains service. We do, however, endeavour to show the right information.

In order to use Realtime Preserved Trains, you will need to register on our portal and, in order to see information about running days, register or buy access to see events. Some events require a payment, typically special events, and payments are processed through Stripe. Your payment information and details are never seen by us.

If, for whatever reason, you are unhappy with the service that Realtime Trains has provided you, you can apply for a refund up to 14 days after purchase but not after the commencement of a particular event as delivery of the service has commenced at this point. The commencement of a particular event is defined as 00:01 on the morning of, in the case of single day events, the only day or, in the case of multi-day events, the day shown as "from" in the events portal. If you purchase access during an event, you can claim a refund by sending an email to support within 30 minutes of your purchase. Refunds are issued within 14 days.

Delivery of all products purchased from the Realtime Preserved Trains portal is electronic, unless otherwise advertised at the point of sale, and should be accessed over the internet through preserved.realtimetrains.com.
